A full internal fleet-maintenance and inventory platform built on a custom PHP MVC core, covering the full lifecycle of a vehicle or heavy-equipment asset: a vehicle registry (plate number, asset number, VIN, manufacturer/model, department, per-vehicle image gallery, document storage, and an event timeline), numbered maintenance requests (MR-YYYY-####) with technician/supervisor assignment, priority and status tracking, and closure sign-off.
Spare-parts requests (SPR-YYYY-####) link directly to maintenance tickets and pull line items from a warehouse-aware inventory (part number, OEM number, barcode, category, warehouse location) with automatic low-stock and critical-stock alerts — covering everything from mechanical parts to oils and lubricants. Vehicle exit permits (EP-YYYY-####) log equipment leaving site with itemized manifests, alongside daily operational logs, exportable reports, role-based access for technicians/supervisors/approvers, notifications, and a full backup/restore module.
